The event can be accessed using most devices and browsers. However, Google Chrome and a strong internet connection are highly recommended. Please also enable cookies and disable all pop-up and ad blockers for seamless access to the broadcast.

How do I register? 

Click the Register now page on the toolbar or any of the headers and fill in the registration form. You'll then receive a confirmation email with your booking information.

How do I login?

You'll receive reminders before the event with links to access. Alternatively, click the banner at the top of any page of the website (see example below) to enter the virtual venue. Then, simply click the session you want to watch to join the broadcast.

 
Which browser should I use?

Our platform supports Google Chrome (strongly recommended), Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari and Microsoft Edge (Chromium). You may be able to use other browsers, but they are not officially supported and your experience may be adversely affected.

 
Why can I not find any emails to the event?

Have you checked if sound is coming out of the correct device? To toggle between multiple outputs connected to your device (e.g. internal speakers, headphones and AirPlay), click the gear icon ⚙️ on the top right of the live-streamed session. You will then be able to select which output and input devices you want to use.

Why can I access a session but nothing is showing on the broadcast?

Our platform requires third party cookies to be enabled and ad-blockers to be switched off.

My device is connected properly, why can I still not hear anything?

If you are confident everything is connected properly, your devices might be accidentally connected to another tool or application. Make sure tools like Zoom, Google Hangouts, WhatsApp, Go To Meeting etc. have been closed prior to starting the session.

Can I access other parts of the site while watching a broadcast?

If you would like to browse other areas of the website whilst you are watching the session, you simply need to open a new tab. You will automatically be logged in.

How will my personal data be handled?  

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

How to access the sessions on demand?  

If you're already registered for the event, click the on-demand banner on top of any page, sign in using your email address and click the Watch recording button.

I'm not registered, how do I watch on-demand? 

The On-demand session is available only for ticket holders for a period of 30 days after the event. Simply click on the Register to watch on demand page or any of the register buttons in the headers, fill in the registration form and follow the link and instructions on your confirmation email. 

Alternatively, after registering, visit the website and click on any of the top banners to watch on demand, login and click the Watch recording button.
